«Positivi-Tea» is a once-a-month, women and women-identifying-only event that involves a meditative/holistic element followed by an hour (or more!) of tea, cake, and conversation.
Friday, January 11th, features Sahffi Lynne and special guest Shelly Work, who will facilitate a Medicine Music Meditation Hour. Enjoy the benefits of music as medicine in a meditative setting; no need for applause! Just sit back and enjoy the power of Sahffi's voice through her original and traditional medicine music offerings. Stay after the music to enjoy refreshments and conversation.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything additional that aids in your comfort and allows you to totally relax. Blankets, bolsters, yoga mats, and chairs are provided.

Sahffi Lynne is an international singer/songwriter, musician and teaching artist who considers her music medicine to open hearts and feed the soul. With a performance degree from The Peabody Conservatory of Music, a #1 house music song in South Africa, five independently released albums (with a sixth on its way), and a 2015 & 2010 Individual Artist Award in Solo Performance from the Maryland State Arts Council, she sings songs channeled through her with a passion to open and connect hearts around the world.
